Nobody should have to read 400 pages to find out what they’re owed
Send us the lot. We’ll tell you every way to fight it.
We read every page and prove every line. That is the whole job.
Letters, emails, bills, scans, photos of paperwork — in whatever order they came out of the drawer. We read all of it, show you what your papers actually say, and set out every route open to you.
How it works
What you send
Anything.
PDFs, photos, forwarded emails, a carrier bag of letters you scan on your phone. Out of order is normal.
What we do
Read every page, three times.
Every page is read by three AI readers from three different companies — never fewer than two, and your report says how many read each page — then a second sweep goes back over the file for anything missed. Not one of them decides what you see. A mechanical check, with no AI in it, does.
What you get
Every route, with the proof.
What your papers say, quoted, with a picture of the page — and every claim or complaint open to you. It all arrives as one zip — the report, the routes page, the letters and the page pictures — so it opens on your phone.
Whoever it is, we look for every route.
Not on the list? Send it anyway — we read the papers first and tell you what we found, including when the answer is that there is no route.
The method
The Quote Gate
What we don’t do
We don’t find everything — no reader does, human or machine. When we can’t confirm something, we say so instead of guessing, and we show you the pile we threw out and why. We don’t give legal advice, and we’re not a law firm. Where a route needs a solicitor, we say so and hand you the papers to take to one.
Step 2 of 6
Send your papers
Nothing goes anywhere until you say so. This page counts your pages on your own device first, so you see the price before anything leaves it.
Out of order is normal. Duplicates are spotted and reported once.
Nothing is uploaded, stored or sent by the taster — your files only leave this device when you press pay.
No files to hand? Drag this to see what it would cost.
Files over 5,000 pages, several disputes at once, or a matter that must not wait in a queue are quoted individually — the same three readers and the same second sweep as every order, priced for the size of the job. Ask us.
British owned and run. We follow UK GDPR.
Tell us in your own words
Say it your way — the words you want your report to use are welcome. We only ever quote what your papers actually say, and we tell you when we could not confirm something.
You can also record a voice note on your phone and add it here. A person listens to it; we do not transcribe it by machine yet.
Tick anything that applies — we fetch the rules for it
Ticking is optional and changes nothing about your price.
What we do with your papers is set out in the Privacy notice and the Terms.
Tick the three required boxes to carry on.
You pay on Stripe’s own page — no card details touch this site.
Step 3 of 6 · optional
Want to make it sharper?
You don’t have to answer this. We read your papers either way. But if one of these is your situation, we’ll also score every finding against that scheme’s own published tests.
Nothing picked — we’ll work out what your papers are on our own.
Step 4 of 6
Watch it work
The part you never normally get to see. It runs through here in under a minute; a real order takes longer and you never have to sit and watch it.
Pages read
Passages found
Climbs while every page is read.
Step 5 of 6 · case VF-2026-000842
Four ways to fight this
Each one says what it is, who it’s against, how long you’ve got, and the test it has to pass — ticked off against your own papers, so you can see why it applies to you.
A small file is put in front of you in full; a large one, its eighty strongest findings, with the rest kept in the appendix.
Step 6 of 6
Now you check us
Look at the picture of your own page and tell us whether the words are really there. You’re the only person here who has actually seen this file before.
Your papers, your terms
What we keep, and for how long
One promise, and it runs itself — you never have to remember it or ask.
How long we keep it
Everything — your pages, your report and its log — is deleted 120 days after you send it to us. Automatically, whether you ask or not. You don’t have to remember, and you don’t have to ask.
How it’s stored
Your papers are encrypted at rest with AES-256 — the standard governments use for classified material — and in transit on the way to us.
Who we are
and run
We follow UK GDPR. We never sell your papers and never use them to advertise anything to you. Nobody reads your papers as a matter of course: the three reading systems handle them, and a named person looks only if a page mentions suicide or self-harm, or if you ask us to check something.
Why this is different
The engine
Three readers, three companies.Every page is read by three AI readers from three different companies — never fewer than two, and your report says how many read each page — then a second sweep goes back over the file for anything missed. Not one of them decides what you see. A mechanical check, with no AI in it, does.
The proof
A picture of every page.Every quote comes with the page it sits on, cut out and shown to you. You never have to take our word for anything.
The check
You confirm it, not us.Nothing is built from a finding you haven’t looked at and confirmed. If you say we’ve got it wrong, your reading wins — and we go and check ourselves, free.
Read this bit
AI can make mistakes. Check our work.
We find the facts in your papers and write them up for you. Making sure it is complete is yours to do, and we build the tools to help you: every quote carries the page it came from, the “check the evidence yourself” step puts each finding in front of you with the words highlighted, and if something important is missing you tell us and a person looks again, free.
We don’t find everything — no reader does, human or machine — and we show you what we refused and why rather than hiding it.
